HOW WE DO IT
Our brand communications and creative development methodology is strategy-based, audience-focused, and results-driven.
We are agile — moving quickly across audiences, departments, and geographies.
We deliver high-caliber, high-quality communications, content, and deliverables shaped around your pace, your teams, and your audiences, both internal and external.
We start by assessing current business positioning, strategy, capabilities, resources, product and services offerings, marketing activity, and brand differentiators — the good, the bad, and the ugly.
We frame the challenges of change, align business performance goals with marketing objectives, and tackle those challenges with strategy-based solutions, programs, and deliverables.
The goal is improved brand continuity and adaptive brand messaging across all audience engagements, channels, and platforms. The process is fast, focused, and its outcomes are measurable.

From strategy to creative execution, his brand consulting and creative services all reflect both client-side and ad agency experience in Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Planning, as well as his expertise as a writer, director, and creative director in film, video, and event marketing.
From automotive to aerospace, manufacturing to mining, technology to tourism, and healthcare to hotels, Bill has developed the brand positioning, messaging, creative concepts, and content for all digital marketing platforms, as well as brand environments including permanent installations, trade shows and exhibitions, and other experiential engagements.
A sales and marketing professional, first with Procter & Gamble, then with New York- and LA-based ad agencies in account management and strategic planning, Bill Callejas made his move to the creative side of the business in 1990 as a writer/producer and eventually, a director.
As one of the founding partners of Pangaea FilmWorks, Inc., a Tokyo-based production company, Bill spent seven years creating and directing commercials, promos, and long-form projects for global and domestic brands in the US, Japan, and Central and South America. Since entering the events production business in 1997, Bill has worked with Maritz, Carabiner, Jack Morton Worldwide, and MICE North America, holding positions as an executive creative director, general manager, division president, and corporate CMO.
In 2007, Bill founded Dauntless Creative, which serves clients across the US and around the world from offices in Dallas and Los Angeles. Throughout his career, Bill has created compelling brand experiences for some of the most innovative brands in the world. His domestic and international marketing and film and video experience as a writer/director make him an exceptional asset for global marketing and communications initiatives

(FORMERLY OF IBM, J.D. EDWARDS, AND OTHER GLOBAL FIRMS)
Bill’s insight into our company coupled with his creative talents, provided us with a unique edge. From idea generation to creative treatments to communication briefings, all aspects were well-thought out and compiled into one comprehensive program, the impact of which was evident by the successful product launch of our new flagship truck.

Working with Bill and his teams on our Motorola events is an absolute pleasure. They understand the balance of executing extremely creative work without losing sight of the corporate message that has to be delivered. His team is organized, flexible and delivers on the promised vision.

The bottom line for a non-profit is reputation and donations. Dauntless Creative effected a discernible improvement in the Kidsbridge image and an increase in contributions since their pro bono services began. Bill’s impact on our strategic planning, branding, collateral materials, including direct mail, letters and op-ed pieces, speeches and prospect packages has been to give Kidsbridge sharper focus, a more consistent voice that resonates with our many audiences and contributors and broader awareness of our mission of character education and diversity appreciation. As a non-profit with limited resources, that kind of impact is essential to our reaching more youth and helping transform more lives.

WHY DAUNTLESS?
As the son of a naval officer, who in his early career was catapulted off aircraft carriers in the venerable Grumman S2 sub hunters, I was always an aviation freak, particularly about military planes and their storied pasts.
The Douglas SBD Dauntless, a WWII US Navy dive-bomber, always fascinated me, as did the naval aviators who flew them. The Dauntless saw action across the Pacific in battles from the Coral Sea to Midway through its last major engagement in the Battle of the Philippine Sea.
The plane represented a rather capable fusion of human spirit and design innovation, with its signature “Swiss cheese” dive brakes helping make it a devastatingly effective platform. Dauntless squadrons were renown for their ability to get the job done under incredibly challenging circumstances. They would first fend off attacks from fighters on the way in, then dive through waves of anti-aircraft fire from ships below to place their bombs with pinpoint accuracy, pulling out of near vertical dives at the last critical moment.
These planes and the men who flew them were fierce, focused and reliable. For me personally, I couldn’t think of a more fitting expression of the attributes we value in the production business and of my belief in the power of good creative solutions for clients.

Dauntless squadrons were renown for their ability to get the job done under incredibly challenging circumstances.
